Boomerang 2022 is a beautifully light red crafted by Les Bottes Rouges in the Jura. This lively, energetic blend is made with Poulsard and Trousseau grapes.
We were blown away by it’s vibrancy and energy when we first tried it… and now it has had some time to develop in the bottle it offers even more pops of energy!
Notes on the 2023: Herbal, cherry touches, vanilla, cooked apple and vibrant acidity with nice very well integrated soft VA that lifts it
Will be absolutely delicious on a warm summer afternoon!
