Description
L’Octavin ‘Cigogne’ is a Négoce wine from Alice Bouvot of Domaine de L’Octavin, with Gewürztraminer and Pinot Gris grapes harvested from Domaine Marc Humbrecht in Pfaffenheim, Alsace. The vines are grown on a mix of white and grey marl, the grapes are spontaneously fermented and left on skins for 10 days then followed by 9 months maturation on the lees. Orange and characterful with a nose of wild rose, quince and spices.
