Description
Cider Style – Medium Sweet
Thatcher’s nocturnal companion has inspired Rascal, a full-bodied amber cider with a roguish complexity. Its blend of Somerset Redstreak and Tremlett?s Bitter apples balances bitterness with a refreshingly smooth sweetness, ideal for curious drinkers looking for something a little different. It takes a real craftsperson to make something this crafty.
