How Tom manages to make wines with such an ethereal nature from this ever-warming part of the world continues to blow my mind. We get old-vine complexity, the vineyard is 110 years old, but with the drinkability of Poulsard. Carignan has no right to taste this delicious. This is Tom’s top red, and has settled into a really sweet drinking window as we approach 5 years off the vine. Natural wines can’t age? Shhhut up. ABV: 11%
