A lovely bottle from Alícia’s own project out of her father’s cellar. Alícia kindly gifted me a bottle of this in the madness of the Loire Salons. I waited patiently for the sun to creep out before tucking into it and, just my luck, the wines became available here right as I did. Life is good.
Grapefruit, blood orange, and a moreish lick of salinity. One of the better pink things I’ve tasted. Ever. It carries the ABV so well you would never know. The bottle was gone in seconds, not minutes. ABV: 14%
