Place: Colchagua Valley, Chile
Grape: Cabernet Sauvignon
Vibe: Spicy
Cab Sav isn’t our usual thing. Thankfully this example is worlds apart from the usual plonk in the corner shop. Partly due to the 120 year old ungrafted vines and partly due to the natural ferment! Plenty of juicy cassis, plumy fruit with just a whisper of old oak. ABV: 14%
