Description
Place: Castilla y León, Spain
Grape: Field Blend
Vibe: Juicy
Another squeaky clean experiment from Ismael. Red and white grapes picked and vinified together, the whites bringing acidity to keep things fresh and push the fruit into something bright and crunchy, the reds lending a faint whisper of tannin and gorgeous colour. Chilled this will be wonderful on a balmy evening. ABV: 12.5%
