Description
Place: Friuli Venezia Giulia, Italy
Grape: Tocai Friulano
Vibe: Natural + Unique
Tocai Friulano with a tiny percentage of Picolit and Malvasia Istriana from the cru Montona, located on the windy Quarin hill overlooking the Slovenian Brda. Surrounded by forest on rich, fossil-filled limestone soil. A cool vintage rendering something so herbal and unique. Gin and tonic levels of refreshment. Soothing chamomile and cooling acidity with a nutty, almond like finish. Breathtaking.
