Description
The Padron Family Reserve No95 is a deeply personal release created in honour of José Orlando Padrón, founder of Padron Cigars, who established the company in Miami in 1964. The No.95 refers to what would have been his 95th birthday in 2021, marking a fitting tribute to one of the most influential names in modern cigar history.
Presented in a bold Gordo format, this cigar is built entirely from aged Nicaraguan tobaccos, reflecting the uncompromising approach that defines the Family Reserve line. From the outset, it delivers a full-bodied profile with a distinct peppery edge that immediately sets the tone.
As the cigar develops, deeper layers of earth and cedar begin to build, supported by notes of leather and cocoa. There is a steady evolution throughout, with occasional bursts of clove bringing a gentle spice, while roasted coffee and a subtle natural sweetness appear intermittently to round out the profile.
The result is a cigar that is rich, structured and powerful without losing balance. It is a fitting expression of the Padron legacy, combining intensity with refinement in equal measure.
