Description
CC 2023 is a natural wine vinified by Patrick Bouju, in the Auvergne region in France, but the grapes are grown in the Loire. This white wine is made with Negoce Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc grapes, with a splash of Sauvignon Blanc.
WE LOVE THIS WINE. At first it has a little reduction and then with some air and swirls its super refreshing, and features hits of bright, citrus fruit with hints of meadow flower and freshly cut grass. Easy, clean finish that is ideal for an afternoon sip!
Update: The new and even better CC 2023 is more rounded and creamy, with more Chardonnay than Chenin than previously, making it more rounded and slightly buttery, with notes of vanilla, meadow flowers and vanilla.
