Description
Suzanne by Patrick Bouju is a very rare, sweet & oxidised wine from Chardonnay which he grows on clay-limestone soil. He only picks when the fungus Botrytis (Noble Rot) develops and allows to rest his wine 12 months in barrel before bottling.
