Description
The Spectrum hops in this series come in pure liquid form, which means the Polly’s brew team can use less, but maintain the intensity of aroma and flavour throughout, adding an extra level of complexity. With less vegetal matter within the beer to boot, this means they can yield even more beer – more for everyone to enjoy!
This monster quadruple IPA features a mixture of 50kg of Mosaic and Citra pellet hops, paired up with 4kg of Mosaic and Citra Spectrum; expect mega intense gooseberry, lychee and grapefruit notes from Citra, backed up with a tropical medley of mango, peach and tangerine notes from Mosaic, along with a warming alcohol booziness.
