Description
Lyr is a very special sparkling natural wine crafted by Porta del Vento, in the Sicily region in Italy.
This sparkling wine is made with red Perricone grapes, so this is a Blanc de Noirs – and actually this is the FIRST sparkling wine made in this traditional method with Perricone !
This is absolutely divine, with notes of Marzipan, very light raspberry cordial and hints of Fennel.
