Rattrays The Bull Sandblast Brown 146

Description

The Rattray’s The Bull Sandblast Brown 146 is a compact Bent Apple that perfectly captures the bold personality and robust proportions that define The Bull series. Originally developed as one of four exclusive shapes within Rattray’s sought-after Bare Knuckle collection, the 146 has been welcomed into The Bull range while retaining the muscular character and distinctive styling that made it so popular.

Built around a remarkably thick, short, and slightly upturned shank, the 146 offers a substantial feel in hand despite its compact overall dimensions. The broad transition flows naturally into a plump Apple bowl, where a rounded heel and low-set waistline create a full-bodied silhouette that is both visually appealing and comfortable to hold. The bowl’s gentle forward cant adds a touch of dynamism to the profile, lending movement and balance to the design.

The warm brown sandblasted finish accentuates the briar’s natural texture, creating a rugged yet refined appearance. A distinctive horn accent provides an elegant focal point, beautifully bridging the richly textured stummel and sleek acrylic stem.

Designed to accept a 9mm filter, the 146 delivers a cool and comfortable smoking experience while remaining highly practical for everyday use. Compact, sturdy, and full of character, this Bent Apple is an excellent choice for smokers who appreciate traditional shapes with a modern, robust twist.
