Description
Initially created as a beer specialty for the 225th anniversary, this wheat beer was added to the regular range at the end of 2005 due to its popularity. Brewed with a classic old Bavarian brewing process, this beer features a velvety full-bodiedness with hints of clove, mace, orange jam and banana in both the aroma and the taste. It’s a perfect companion for fish dishes and seafood, poultry and vegetable dishes. It is brewed with open fermentation with subsequent bottle and barrel fermentation, is not filtered and contains living yeast.
