Description
Bourgogne Aligoté 2024 is a natural wine crafted by Julien Altaber and Carole Schwab of Sextant, in the Burgundy region in France. This white wine is made with Aligote grapes, which is the lesser known Burgundy white grape – but with a loyal following
Sourced from old-vine Aligoté, this crisp and easy going wine opens with aromas of lemon zest, green apple, white flowers, and fresh herbs. The palate is gives off notes of Lemon Sherbert with a chalky texture.
Mineralic and refreshing, and ideal as an apertif. Not a serious Aligote and instead fresh with a playful charm and hard to complain about at this price!
