Description
Place: Mallorca, Spain
Grape: Premsal + Callet
Vibe: Saline + lifted
A collaboration with Cati Ribot, in whose cellar Eloi vinifies. A co-ferment of red and white varieties produces a rosado with real personality. Grapefruit and salt make it as refreshing as a cocktail, lifted further by a tiny but well-judged smidge of VA. The colour is as cute as the label. Ice bucket and the beach, please. One of the rare occasions where I’ll forgive you for using a tumbler lol. ABV: 12%
