When HB&B co-owner Glenn tried the Slim Jim’s range, he said he hadn’t been as excited about hot sauce for a long time – and considering the amount sauces he tried, that is high praise indeed! This was Glenn’s favourite – a tangy Middle Eastern sauce based on a recipe that saucemaker Idris’s dad has been making “forever”, cooking fermented mango with vinegar and a secret blend of spices. It’s unique and devastatingly delicious.
