Description
Red berries – Peach – Floral
Our old pal Pete Brissenden has created a beautiful new English wine brand in Canterbury and we’re delighted to have this summery first release on our shelves. This rose pet nat features Pinot Noir from Tonford Manor Vineyard in Kent, Ortega from Penstock Estate in Kent, Pinot Noir Precoce from Lavenham Vineyard in Suffolk, and a smattering of other grapes sourced from small growers in Kent.
It’s a glorious-looking drop, pouring a hazy, candy floss pink. On the nose, it’s bright with light floral notes along with redcurrant and cranberry. On the palate, it’s crunchy and bracing with red berries and peachy stone fruit. It has a gentle sparkle and a zippy, refreshing finish. We love it – cheers Slow Beam!
Grapes: Pinot Noir 42%, Ortega 32%, Pinot Noir Precoce 13%, Pinot Meunier 8%, Reichensteiner 5%, Rondo >1%
