No lack of personality, as is the Timo way. Whole bunch pressed into barrel, full solids, full on. It’s driving and textural in the most moreish way. Good now, will be unbelievable with some time in the cellar. But more importantly, good now. Lemon pith and sea spray, this vintage is giving big Chablis energy. ABV: 12.5%
