Simply one of the better Rieslings I’ve ever tasted. When I tried this last week it had been open for 48 hours. You couldn’t tell. Insane freshness, the kind only the finest natural wines give you. Florals, fruit and flint. A bit of petrol but not too much, a bit of texture but not too much, a fair bit of acid but again not too much. I didn’t really believe in a perfect wine, then I tried this. ABV: 12%
