Baron collab! Jack from Baron makes some wonderful hoppy beer so this beer uses some of his techniques and favourite hops.
Mashed with a lean malt bill of Heidelburg pils and a kiss of wheat providing a base for the hops to shine. Fermented on Strata Dynaboost, Luminosa and Eclipse we’re getting fresh orange juice, passionfruit pulp, ripe peach and mango gummies layered over a subtle dank resinous finish.
