Description
Vault City (our new favourite brewery) sourced some incredibly intense mango for this beer and used 600kgs on a golden sour mixed-fermentation base, blending in some Habanero, Chipotle and Aji Amarillo chillis. It’s not a massive heat but adds some lovely smoke/citrus complexity that builds throughout. Plus have you ever seen a more beautoiful looking bottle?
