Description
Verdant Brewing Co.
5AM DIPA
Verdant 5AM is a big, bold and beautifully juicy Double IPA, putting Nelson Sauvin firmly in the spotlight alongside Citra and Mosaic.
Built from the same malt bill, water profile, yeast and hop lineup as Verdant’s Allen DIPA, 5AM takes a different direction by making Nelson Sauvin the star. Expect layers of juicy tropical fruit, bright citrus and the distinctive white-wine and gooseberry character that Nelson Sauvin is known for.
Big, thick and hazy, with a full-bodied mouthfeel and plenty of hop character, 5AM delivers the kind of intense, fruit-forward drinking that Verdant has become famous for.
At 8% ABV, this is a proper Double IPA with serious flavour and a wonderfully juicy finish.
