Who would’ve thought that a Cali winemaker would be pumping out some squeaky clean zero-zero bottlings from Burgundy’s best sites? Well, Jonathan Purcell is that man. Seriously, this guy is one to watch. Time with Pacalet has clearly rubbed off on him. This is supposedly Bourgogne Blanc but punches way above that. Thrilling and nervy. ABV: 12.5%
