From volcanic soils from two similar sites. Mostly destemmed, with just a small amount of whole bunch here. Aromatically thrilling, with rose-like florals and Bizot spice. The structure is faint, whispery soft tannin and the acidity that speaks of its cool climate origins. We’ve done it again, ageing already done for you, as this ’21 is now entering a glorious drinking window. ABV: 13%
