Description
A delicious blend coming from the Ried Schlossberg vineyard. Weißburgunder (Pinot Blanc) and Chardonnay, fermented and aged on lees for 6 months in stainless steel tanks. Zesty and creamy with peach and citrus fruit, just a hint of spice. Lovely balancing acidity and like all the Ecker wines is clean and pure. Versatile food wine, creamy risotto, fish dishes, chicken too.
