All fruit goes into stainless steel and is left to do its thing. Bill Downie proving the same point as he has been for several years now, all the work is done in the vineyard. These have always been wines full of personality and regionality, but I can’t remember them having this freshness. Remarkable consumption, in a sultry way. ABV: 13.5%
