What a wine, what a label! This rendition of Spicy is mainly Riesling from the steep schist soils of Schieferberg, direct pressed from both 2023 and 2024, then blended with gently macerated Muscat and Gewürztraminer from 2025. As the name suggests, a spicy wine that is both tingling and taut. It starts with lifted florals before driving vertically into a long, salty finish. It’s curious and complex but, more importantly, a joy to drink. Worth it for the iconic label alone. ABV: 13%
