This mild, slightly macerated German orange wine is quite light-bodied, and refreshingly crisp with bright acidity. I
It takes a few sips to get fully acquainted with whether a white or orange, and then delivers flavours of melon, clementine zest, sharp lemon, brusied apple, vanilla cookies and mild pepper tingles.

Production Process of Müller Thurgau 2023 by Sven Enderle
The natural wine Müller Thurgau 2023 from producer Sven Enderle is made entirely from 100% Müller Thurgau grapes. It is aged in wooden barrels ranging from barrique to 600 L casks, with ageing on the full lees. The wine undergoes up to 10 days of skin contact through maceration on the skins. Small amount of sulphur added at bottling
