Orchard like aromatics open up into a highly refreshing wine full of citrus and sea spray. Mostly seeing steel, although we do have a little leesy, textural component woven throughout through the addition of a single three year old barrel. Another cracking example of how these Southern Italian varieties are so suited to the coastal McLaren Vale. ABV: 12.5%
