Trebbiano Toscano given some TLC with a lovely one week maceration to coax out lovely orchard fruit, a bit of colour and plenty of refreshment. It’s such a delicious drinking wine, marmalade-like yet dry and racy. We had this sitting in their old cellar, surrounded by more cheese and salumi than you could imagine. It cut through with ease. The perfect apéro orange does exist. It’s right here.
