Don’t want to make bold claims, but this is about as Selosse-like as UK fizz gets. Incredibly limited, just 1000 bottles. 002 sees an extra year on lees than the first release. Extra vinous, from a single vineyard on chalk. True to the house style, a very long and slow oxidative pressing, wild ferment, full malo, bottled at 4.5 bars of pressure and left to get real toasty for four years. No sulphur, no dosage either. Yikes. Benchmark. Tiny amounts.
