Description
Place: Mallorca, Spain
Grape: Mainly Macabeo + Premsal, Parellada and Vinater
Vibe: Salty
A Mallorcan white so salty and citrus-heavy it’s hard not to salivate from the first sniff. We’ve got a nice chalky minerality on the mid-palate before a finish that screams of the coast. If you’re dreaming about your next holiday, let this convince you to book the flight. ABV: 11.5%
