Garnacha Peluda, meaning “hairy”, which sounds grim, but the leaves are actually silky soft, hence the name. Silky on the palate too. This is a reminder of just how good rosado can be. Peach-like in colour and flavour, with just enough texture and fragrance without distracting from the sheer drinkability. Gastronomic but equally gluggable on its own. Big yes. ABV: 14%
