Description
Place: La Palma, Canary Islands, Spain
Grape: Listán Blanco
Vibe: Saline
We haven’t seen this in a while, after 6 years of too low a yield from the Island’s harsh south. 120-year-old vines in this single site, grown on black ash-dominated soils. Delicate yet powerful with intense minerality, savoury core and a long finish. ABV:12.5%
