Vibe: Very, Very Good
If this were Burgundy people would genuinely lose the plot, it’s that good. Thankfully it’s not Burgundy. So much delicacy and clarity in the glass. The nose is so good that I may as well just stop writing. Drinking very well on release, it will be amazing to see this flesh out and take on more of that haunting, decaying kind of character. ABV: 13%
