Vibe: Classic, textural
A bottling that’s always taken up space in my fridge whenever it’s been available. It matures too, I’m fairly sure there’s some older gear kicking around in the vintec back in Aus, just waiting for me to pop back. The ’21 is citrus-forward and full of minerality, evolving into peachy, lemon curd-esque notes later on. I could quite happily sip on this every day. ABV: 12.5%
