Description
Place: California, USA
Grape: Chardonnay
Vibe: Classic, textural
Soils here are calcareous-clay over limestone, which may sound familiar to fans of Burgundy… Consistently one of America’s great Chardonnay expressions, one sip and you’ll forget all about any previous, hideously oak-influenced golden liquor drinking nightmares. Acidity is pronounced, shredding a network of cool feeling fruits. This is just a dream to drink, so drink up. ABV: 12%
