Old vines dating back to the 1960s, from the Les Cumines lieu-dit. Crystalline and cutting, candied citrus meets a touch of iodine. A triumphant still wine, where the warmth of the vintage has softened the shrieking acidity into something layered and meditative. Undoubtedly one of the best expressions of the grape I’ve ever tasted. Vin d’Émotion! Cute label too. ABV: 12%
