Description
Vignes D’Ys 2023 is a natural wine crafted by Domaine Bariou-Bodet, in the Loire region in France. This red wine is made with 50% Grolleau, 15% Gamay and 35% Cabernet Franc grapes, which are hand-harvested and manually destemmed in wicker destemmers. Each variety ferments separately with indigenous yeasts, with 10 days of gentle infusion-style maceration, then the wines are blended after fermentation.
This wine has some noticable Volatile Acidity which fans of this will appreciate, but keep in mind this wine will not be for everyone
