Description
Place: Jura, France
Grape: Savagnin + Chardonnay
Vibe: Electric
A rare blend from the estate, but after the devastating frosts of 2021 there was little choice left. What was salvageable (60% Chardo, 40% Sav) then sees a casual four years of élevage. This has rendered a pristine expression of Arbois and the vintage, all without any additions. Salivating, energetic, just an utterly thrilling wine. Hopefully just a delicious one-off. Tiny quantities.
