This absolutely floored me. I never knew this humble grape could reach such lofty heights. Flinty and crystalline on opening, before waves of freshly squeezed lemon and wonderfully woven herbal bitters. The perfect palate cleanser for some of that hearty Alsatian fare. My wallet is in big trouble… ABV: 11.5%
