I’ve heard and seen a lot about these wines on Insta. The hype is pretty crazy in Spain, but seemingly worldwide too. Hard to know if that is just fluff or if it carries any weight. Thankfully, upon tasting, I can confirm this is truly it. Spanish wine at it’s pinnacle. Easily the best maceration I’ve had in this style, all made with zero additions to boot. Squeaky clean, ripe citrus, lots and lots of salt. Looks like a sunset, kinda tastes like one. We got just a single bottle. GO! ABV: 13%
