Karyo is a great hip-hop/ska band based in Bristol and and make their own sauces which you can pick up at their gigs – and of course at HB&B, where they’re hugely popular. This, their second sauce, features the signature Karyo tang with a fresh-fruit triple combo of freshly squeezed orange, roasted pears and mango.
Ingredients: Barley malt vinegar, baked pears, mango puree, orange juice, orange rind, habanero peppers, tomatoes, salt, scotch bonnet peppers, brown cane sugar, garlic, mustard seeds, turmeric, cumin
