Vibe: Natural, buttery
As per the new Valette way, this is a blend of vintages: 18, 20, 22 and 23. The aim here is to keep things stylistically aligned despite vintages not playing fair, and mission accomplished. This might be the most bombastic of the range. Buttery and almost bruised fruit, with that signature nutty, saline thing going on too. Tense and textured in equal measure. A wine this compelling simply could not come from another domaine in the Macon. ABV: 14.5%
