Place: Jura, France
Grape: Savagnin
Vibe: Adv Skinsy
Morel is a master of all vinification, and I especially love it when he turns his hand to maceration. Textured like apricot skin, with just enough grip without tipping into chewiness. There’s plenty of zest, smoke, and dried fruit character too. Très bon! ABV: 12%
