Another Gringet bottling where the fruit hails from the late great Belluard’s estate. With fruit as precious as this it seemed only right to give the wine the long, three year eleavge it deserved. Tart tangerines, herbs and hay and a seriously salty twang. As expected this is very limited and once it’s gone, it’s gone. ABV: 11.5%
