Fourth generation winemaker Matteo Furlani sees no need to use synthetic chemicals on his land, incorporating biodynamic preparations and natural practices instead to create an incredible range of wines in all colours of the rainbow. This sparkling rose is 100% pinot noir, unfiltered and unfined, using wild yeast and with no added sulphur.
