Description
Place: Friuli Venezia Giulia, Italy
Grape: Pinot Grigio + Malvasia + Chardonnay
Vibe: Natural + Unique
Mind bending. A week on skins before being split across an assortment of vessels. Steel, concrete, barrel. Outrageous for a first attempt. It doesn’t taste of this world. That slightly pinkish hue followed up with a grapefruit-like palate. Tangy and beautiful phenolic bitters. Spice and salt. Honey and caramel. A kaleidoscope of flavour I can’t stop thinking about. ABV: 12.5%
